The Implementation of Technical Guidance for supporting Mobile Community Access Point (MCAP) 2008.
The Communication and Information Department of Indonesia cooperate with PT. Infiniti Reka Solusi held Technical Guidance or Human Resources Training for supporting Mobile Community Access Point (MCAP) 2008 on 10-12 December 2008 at Twin Plaza Hotel, Jakarta. This training intended to representation of MCAP receiver in 32 locations in Indonesia.
Receiver MCAP in every location sent two representations that will be responsible as MCAP manager in local area. Each of the representation had followed a series of training that involved; Empowerment of internet using operational telematics and Public Services, Operational, Maintains and Telephone Device (Wartel) Troubleshooting, The Communication and Information Department (Depkominfo) Telecenter Management and Telematics Empowerment, MCAP Empowerment Methodology, Operational, Maintains and Internet Device Troubleshooting, and MCAP Operational Practice.
The method of technical guidance implementation used combined method between theory, practice, and discussion. The compositions of technical guidance which have been implemented consist of 30 % theory, 50% practice, and 20 % discussion. All representations very enthusiastic followed this training, especially for practice and discussion session.
